Jyoti Eknath Gaikwad is an Indian politician representing the Dharavi Assembly constituency in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly as a member of the Indian National Congress. She secured victory in the 2024 Maharashtra Legislative Assembly elections by defeating Shiv Sena candidate Rajesh Khandare with a margin of over 23,000 votes. Coming from a prominent political family, she is the daughter of former Member of Parliament and senior Congress leader Eknath Gaikwad, and the sister of Varsha Gaikwad, who previously represented the Dharavi constituency for four terms before being elected to the Lok Sabha in 2024.
