Richard Edward George Pattle is a British business executive, entrepreneur, and former military officer who serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of True Beacon, an Indian asset management and private wealth advisory firm. Pattle began his career in the British Royal Air Force in 1989, operating as a battlefield helicopter pilot and serving in several global operational deployment zones, including Northern Ireland, Iraq, and the Balkans. Following an 18-year distinguished military career, he transitioned into public service with the British Royal Family. In 2004, he was appointed Equerry to the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall, and later served as the Master of the Household from 2008 to 2014, directing the domestic and global operational logistics for the royal household.

In 2014, Pattle entered the private financial sector as the Vice Chairman of Standard Chartered Private Bank, overseeing philanthropy, global co-investment initiatives, and next-generation education programs for several hundred ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families worldwide. After briefly serving as the CEO of UAE-based infrastructure and healthcare company KEF Holdings, Pattle co-founded True Beacon in late 2019 alongside prominent Indian entrepreneurs Nikhil and Nithin Kamath. Operating out of Bengaluru and GIFT City, the firm introduced a disruptive zero-management-fee asset management model serving global strategic investors and family offices. Pattle drives the firm's client advisory strategies, technology-led wealth services, and international expansion, bridging global capital markets with Indian investment opportunities.
