Ganesh Hembram is an Indian politician who serves as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) in the West Bengal Legislative Assembly. He represents the Chhatna constituency in the Bankura district, representing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He secured his victory in the 2021 West Bengal Legislative Assembly elections, defeating his closest rival from the All India Trinamool Congress (AITC). Hembram has been an active grassroots worker in the Bankura region, focusing on rural development, tribal rights, and regional infrastructure. As an MLA, he has raised various local issues in the assembly, including water scarcity, road connectivity, and welfare schemes for the marginalized communities in Chhatna.
